What AltIndex support will never ask you for

To keep your account and money safe, know what a real AltIndex support interaction looks like.

We will never ask you for:

  • Your password.
  • A two-factor authentication (2FA) code.
  • Your brokerage login credentials or any code that connects your brokerage.
  • Your API key or any other secret token.
  • Remote access to your device, or payment to "unlock" or "verify" your account.

We don't need any of these to help you. Anyone asking for them — even if they appear to be from AltIndex — is attempting to phish you. Do not share them, and report the message to us.

How to recognize us

  • Official support comes only from support@altindex.com and our help site at help.altindex.com.
  • We respond asynchronously, within about 1 business day.
  • Connecting a brokerage always happens inside the app through our secure connection flow — never by sending credentials to a person.

If something feels off, don't act on it. Contact us directly through the app or at help.altindex.com to confirm.
