Switch from mobile to web billing

You can switch from Apple or Google billing and keep your AltIndex account. You’ll need to cancel your mobile subscription and wait for it to end first.

1. Cancel your mobile subscription

- iPhone or iPad: Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AltIndex → Cancel Subscription. Apple’s instructions: Apple's Instructions

- Android: Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AltIndex → Cancel subscription. Google’s instructions

Canceling does not delete your AltIndex account. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

2. Wait for your subscription to end

You keep access for the time you’ve already paid for. Check the expiration date in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Free trials may have different cancellation rules.

Your mobile subscription must end before you can subscribe on the website. Unused subscription time cannot transfer to web billing.

3. Subscribe on the website

Visit app.altindex.com and sign in to the same account using your usual sign-in method, including Apple or Google.

Choose a paid plan and complete checkout. Your account data stays with you, and your new subscription works on both the website and mobile app.
