"I upgraded but don't see my Starter / Pro features"

In almost all cases this resolves on its own within a moment of the purchase completing. Your access is granted as soon as the purchase is confirmed — the app uses whichever is higher of your purchase status and your account record, so there is normally no waiting on a sync.

If features are still locked, try these in order:

  1. Confirm the purchase went through. Check for the store (Apple/Google) or Stripe receipt email. A pending or failed charge means the plan isn't active yet.
  2. Make sure you're signed in to the same account you purchased with. Paid access is tied to your AltIndex account. Signing in with a different email/Apple ID/Google account won't show the purchase.
  3. Reopen the app (fully close and relaunch) or refresh the page on web. This re-reads your current plan.
  4. On the portfolio screen, pull to refresh.

If it's still not showing after that, contact support with the email on your account and your store/Stripe receipt, and a person will look into it.
